Audi has always been at the edge of progressive innovation; creating numerous web-based IT and analytics applications geared towards business efficiency. But since these applications were built and managed by different vendors both internally and externally, they lacked the consistency and the functionality users needed.

The Solution:

Blue Water consolidated 16 applications into one analytics portal; successfully reducing the number of websites Audi uses, resulting in a single, smooth, fast, focused, user-centric experience for both dealers and corporate users.

The Outcome:

Since the portal launched in June 2014, it has grown to over 10,000 users. By standardizing navigation, visual aesthetic, and support services for each application, the user experience has been greatly enhanced. Plus, the analytics portal provides local dealers, regional managers and corporate with access to real time data on the top 10 KPIs for Audi, users are now able to spend less time looking for information and more time acting on it.
