Services are rendered pursuant to separate written agreements or signed proposals between Bluewater Media and each client. These Terms govern general Site usage and inquiry submissions.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Advertising performance is subject to numerous variables outside Bluewater Media's control, including but not limited to platform algorithms, audience behavior, competitive bidding, platform policy changes, market conditions, and budget levels. We do not guarantee specific advertising results, return on ad spend, click-through rates, conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition, or ad approvals.

All case studies, examples, and performance metrics referenced on this Site represent past results that are not indicative of future performance. Results vary by industry, campaign structure, budget, and competitive environment.

4. Platform Affiliations Disclaimer

Bluewater Media is an independent digital advertising agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., or Microsoft Corporation. References to these platforms describe services we manage on behalf of clients using our own agency accounts or client-owned accounts. Platform policies, approval decisions, and account status are determined solely by the respective platforms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and code, is the property of BlueWater Media, L.C. or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Client-owned advertising creative, data, and account credentials remain the property of the client at all times.

6. Contact Form Submissions

Submitting an inquiry form on this Site does not create a contractual obligation on the part of Bluewater Media to provide services. All service engagements require a separate written agreement. Submission of a form does not guarantee a response, a consultation, or engagement of services.
